TERMS AND CONDITIONS

§ 1 GENERAL
The customer acknowledges the general terms and conditions in their current version by placing an order and accepts them. Deviating conditions are not valid. For legal transactions or other legal relationships with BASS MATRIX, the law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. In business transactions with merchants and legal entities under public law, Leipzig is agreed upon as the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contract, including bills and checks. The contract language is German.

§ 2 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
By clicking the “Place Order” button, you place a binding order for the items collected in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order will be given immediately after. The purchase contract is concluded with a delivery confirmation or the delivery of the goods.

§ 3 PRICES | PAYMENT TERMS | RETENTION OF TITLE
All prices in the BASS MATRIX online store include the statutory value-added tax (subject to price changes) plus shipping costs. After complete receipt of the invoice amount, the ordered items will be shipped within 1-3 days. The delivered goods remain the property of BASS MATRIX until all existing claims are settled.

§ 4 DELIVERY | SHIPPING
Unless otherwise indicated, delivery will be made within 1-3 work days to the address provided during the ordering process. The risk is transferred to the customer/recipient as soon as the shipment leaves the BASS MATRIX online store. The online store automatically calculates the applicable shipping costs for shipments within the country, or the EU.

§ 5 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The contract declaration can be revoked within two weeks without stating reasons in text form (e.g., letter or email) or by returning the goods, pursuant to § 13 BGB. The period begins at the earliest upon receipt of the goods. To meet the deadline, timely dispatch of the withdrawal or the goods is sufficient. The withdrawal should be addressed to:

In the event of withdrawal, the mutually received goods and services are to be refunded. In case of damaged or worn goods being returned, a legally permissible amount will be deducted. The customer/sender bears the cost of return if the delivered goods match the ordered goods, and the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed €40, or, if the goods have a higher price, at the time of the withdrawal, no consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment has been provided. For returns from abroad, the sender bears the full cost.

§ 6 WARRANTY
Defects in delivered goods or transport damage must be reported immediately, but at the latest within 7 days. The warranty is provided in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions. It should be noted that printed products may show minimal damage to the edges due to storage and transportation.

§ 7 ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR) at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ in accordance with Article 14(1) of the ODR Regulation. Consumers have the option to use this platform to resolve their disputes. My email address is: info[at]bassmatrix.org

§ 8 MISCELLANEOUS
For asserting claims of any kind, BASS MATRIX requests direct contact to prevent potential legal disputes or warnings and assures that, subject to legally binding clarification, relief will be provided. Without prior contact, incoming invoices or legal warnings are rejected in view of the obligation to mitigate losses. For unjustified warnings or similar actions, BASS MATRIX reserves the right to file a negative declaratory action according to § 256 of the German Code of Civil Procedure (ZPO).

§ 9 SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
If any of the provisions of these GTC are ineffective, the effectiveness of the other provisions shall not be affected.
